What does this mean?

This means, that when you contact us with an enquiry by email or through our online contact form, we guarantee to be in contact with you in return within four working hours.  Our working hours are New Zealand time Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 5.00 pm.

What does this mean?

This means, that where we recommend the part numbers for your tractor, we guarantee that they will suit your tractor or you get your money back, even if they've been procured in from overseas!  An awesome safeguard for you with ever changing and superseding part numbers - put your trust in our competent staff to track down the right part numbers for your repair job!  Please remember though, we can't guarantee parts supplied will fix your tractor, as we are not able to view and diagnose the initial break down problem with your tractor.  This is the responsibility of a suitably qualified mechanic.

Faulty or Defective Goods Guarantee

What if a part is faulty, and is this likely to happen?

Propart Ricambi demands high quality standards and will not source parts from suppliers where we deem the quality to be substandard.  If an item supplied by Propart Ricambi Ltd should be found to be faulty or defective in quality within three months from the date of Propart Ricambi supplying the item, we will replace it free of charge.  Our liability is limited to the value of the faulty item and does not extend to labour costs or other costs should resultant damage be caused.
