Can I Return an Item to Propart Ricambi?

Can I return unwanted items?

Mostly, you can.  We will accept items for return if they are in original unused condition complete with original packaging, and you advise us you wish to return the item within 7 days of receipt.  We will issue a Credit minus the freight cost to your Credit Card or New Zealand Bank Account.  For unwanted items and change of mind returns, the cost of return shipping shall be your responsibility.  If the item you are wanting to return has been procured in from overseas at your request and is not an item we normally stock, we will not usually be able to take it back for credit.  You will be told at time of ordering and supply if the item is procured and is not returnable.  In all instances, prior approval to return an item must be obtained from Propart if you wish to receive a Credit.

What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?

Please contact us straight away.  We will at your request, replace any items that are received in damaged condition or are incorrect as a result of a picking error (picking errors are very uncommon).  We are not able to accept returns, and replacements won't be issued, without prior approval to return the items.  In the case of damaged goods it is important that all evidence is kept and photos taken of damaged items and outer packaging so that a freight claim is possible if necessary.
